MARK A LUCHT, CPA
Senior Manager - Encino
Mark serves as a senior manager of the firm, overseeing such areas as Tax, Accounting, Financial Statements, Tax Projections and Advisory Services. He is charged with supporting the professional standards of the firm by reviewing staff work product; presenting analyses based on data; directing tax research; supervising all audits and reviews; and encouraging staff to grow in their professional knowledge, ability and stature.
Arizona State University- BS Accounting
He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Taxation
After earning his degree, Mark worked in a variety of accounting capacities both in public accounting and private industry. This past fall, he joined Foumberg, Juneja, Rocher & Co. in their Arizona office, after serving for the past 12 years as the Audit and Tax Manager at a Phoenix CPA firm.
Not surprisingly, his unique experience in both the auditing and tax areas compel him to work with most of the firm’s clients, attending to their diverse needs. With over 20 years under his belt, Mark has developed a keen appreciation and insight into what clients truly need. He is therefore quick to recognize potential managerial problems, making use of his extensive experience and resources to properly advise clients on strategy and planning. While most CPAs seek to specialize in auditing or taxation, Mark has developed a passion and expertise in both.
Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
When he is not working, Mark enjoys cooking and watching cooking shows. As an avid ASU Sun Devils fan, he tailgates for all the University’s home games and one “road game” serving as the chef for his circle of 35-fellow tailgaters.
